Greenhouse gas emissions and intensive beef production. (AGO/MLA)

The main objective is to improve the understanding of total greenhouse gas emissions (methane, nitrous oxide, ammonia) from intensive beef production systems. The project will utilise new Australian micrometeorological methods using open path lasers and FTIR systems for measuring CH₄, N₂O and NH₃ emissions from intensive beef production systems (feedlot).
