New Scholarships Available - Detecting and Controlling Termites and Fungi in Wooden Structures
New Scholarships Available - Knowledge Transfer Grants
Applications are invited from postgraduate students for the following annual Special Scholarships and Awards administered by the Faculty of Land and Food Resources.
Scholarships Available
- L.H. Brunning Research Fund $3,000
- Elizabeth Ann Crespin Scholarship $3,000
- J.M. Higgins Research Foundation $1,500
- Mary Sloane Travelling Scholarship $2,500
- Henry Giles Turner Scholarship $2,000
Eligibility criteria and the use of funds from each scholarship or award are determined by the particular conditions of the bequest. Typically they have been used to support conference attendance or the purchase of minor capital items.
Application forms are available from the Graduate Studies Office or downloadable here (Room G10, Ground Floor, Faculty of Land and Food Resources). Applications for these awards should be submitted to Felicity Wilmot, Graduate Studies Officer, by no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, 25th July 2008.
