Resource Management and Geography Burnley CampusĀ
Burnley Campus is renowned for its environmental and ornamental horticultural educational programs. The Campus, set on 13 hectares of ornamental gardens just 7 kilometres from the CBD of Melbourne, has a long and esteemed history, celebrating its centenary in 1991. It is where the school of Resource Management is based.
The Campus is able to provide specialist training in a wide range of areas such as urban landscape management, nursery and cut flower production, landscape design and construction, park management, turf management and arboriculture.
Burnley Campus offers education and training at various levels, from short courses and advanced diplomas through to bachelor degrees and post-graduate awards.
Burnley graduates are keenly sought by horticultural industries throughout Australia as the Campus's reputation for quality training and innovative teaching are renowned. Similarly Burnley's research activities are also quickly expanding and are well known around the world.
Our teaching staff are experts in their fields, and the campus incorporates cutting edge technology into many of its programs, ranging from computer aided design to thermal imaging.
