Studying the expression of virulence genes in Colletotrichum capsici during Chilli infection
The project objectives are to:
1. Study the expression of virulence genes in C. capsici during chilli infection using gene specific primers and PT-PCR
2. Analyse the variation in the expression of virulence genes, in aggressive and non-aggressive C. capsici isolates
