The Melbourne School of Land and Environment EOWW committee reports to the Dean, Professor Rick Roush and the School Executive throughout the year.

The Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace committee within MSLE aims to:

• Provide relevant and up to date information to increase awareness of equal opportunity principles within the Melbourne School of Land and Environment

• Ensure that all equal opportunity principles are included in all School policy and procedures and therefore achieving gender balance at all employment levels

• Provide support and mentoring for female staff and student members of the School.
