The Faculty of Land and Food Resources EOWW committee reports to the Dean, Professor Rick Roush and the Faculty Executive throughout the year.
The Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace committee within LFR aims to:

Provide relevant and up to date information to increase awareness of equal opportunity principles within the Faculty of Land and Food Resources

Ensure that all equal opportunity principles are included in all Faculty policy and procedures and therefore achieving gender balance at all employment levels
- Provide support and mentoring for female staff and student members of the Faculty.
