Burnley Gardens Open Day

We have a star-studded line-up of horticultural professionals and media gardening presenters who will entertain and inform you on Burnley Gardens Open Day. Many of the lectures and workshops are led by Burnley Campus staff - past and present.
Pruning workshops will be conducted by Industry professionals such as Lloyd Rankin from Rankins Nurseries (roses), Steve Fitzgerald and Clive Sorrell (trees), Olivia Thwaites (camellias), Andrew Laidlaw (Landscape Architect at the RBG Melbourne and 774 gardening presenter), and Burnley staff (fruit trees).
Meet industry personalities like John Patrick (Landscape Architect and Gardening Australia television), Michèle Adler and Millie Ross (3CR Gardening presenters) and Industry specialists Wes Fleming (Flemings
Nurseries) and Peter Douglas (Scotsburn Nurseries) during the Gardener's forum.
And if current research is your interest, then Burnley Campus horticultural researchers are presenting a snapshop of their work in some informative free seminars.
Combine all this with demonstrations, good food and fun music for a wonderful horticultural experience.
